If you are accessing the Main Square the safest place to pick up and drop off passengers is the Taxi Rank across the road on Swanston Street.

Mobility Assistance for the Disabled

To assist people with limited mobility, mobility equipment is available for hire. These include:

 

  • Electric scooters
  • Manual wheelchairs
  • Prams and strollers
  • Walking canes, frame, forearm crutches, walking sticks, and ID/Symbol Cane

 

Equipement can be hired from Travellers Aid Access Service (TAAS)

Open Sunday to Thursday: 8am - 8pm and Friday to Saturday: 8am - 10pm
